Technical-legal consultant providing expert witness and other litigation support in the fields of electrical power, power control, electronics and manufacturing.  This includes investigation and analysis of product liability, personal injury, property damage and fire investigation cases.  Knowledgeable on NEC, NESC, NFPA, OSHA and other codes and standards.

Design and Manufacturing Consultant providing electrical design, product design, product evaluation, materials management and manufacturing management consulting.

Responsible for Engineering Documentation, Inventory Control, Production Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, Receiving, Material Handling and Maintenance departments.  Responsible functions include developing and maintaining the manufacturing engineering data base, master production scheduling, material requirements planning, inventory control, capacity planning, procurement and scheduling.

Positions included Department Head, Systems Engineer, Resident Construction and Installation Engineer and Development Engineer.  Products included power control and instrumentation systems which serve the electric utility, motor and generator control, crane control, temperature control, machine control and other miscellaneous industrial control markets.

Served as a resident engineer at the Wanapum Hydroelectric Power Plant in the state of Washington during its construction checkout and start-up phases.
